Being able to work on a character like Scream for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 was a fun challenge. I was responsible for the block-out, high-poly, game asset/uvs, texturing/shading and hair. One of the complexities in creating her was developing her hair and finding the right balance for the game. I utilized a combination of Houdini and Zbrush for much of the hair creation for rapid iteration and flexibility. I also created a Houdini tendril generation HDA to help with the layers of symbiote on these characters. This asset is a culmination of many talented contributors across multiple disciplines who helped bring an iconic character like her to fans.
